This week, Pip's meme "My Place & Yours" theme is "Through the Frontdoor".
So here is mine.
I live in the former "East Side" of Berlin, in a very basic typical building on the 1st floor.
There's not much to say about my frontdoor except that it's VERY brown.. The stairway and my door look like they're all painted with chocolate.. i feel like i'm Willy Wonka everytime i come home.

That really does make a lovely homecoming. I love that staircase. I do not know what it is, but I am drawn to staircases — I just love them.

Oh a chocolate door - that would be no good at mine I'm afraid. I'd have to eat a bit every time I passed through.
The peek inside makes it look very inviting. and that door truly does look like a big bar of chocolate!! :))
a wonky staircase is a lovely thing, i think! it all looks a little on the romantic side to me, the lighting; i really enjoyed it. and i laughed when i saw the pic of willy wonka too!
